PERSONAL NON-CANCELLABLE
A personal non-cancellable policy with a true "own-occupation" definition of total disability to age 67 for occupational classes 6,6M,5,5M,4,4M,3,3M. It offers competitive rates
for many of the top occupational classes, and a variety of excellent riders: Residual, COLA, Future Increase Option, ABE, Catastrophic, etc. Maximum issue amount is $16,000.
Participation with other IDI is $20,000. OVERHEAD EXPENSE
This policy reimburses business or professional overhead expenses during disability. A residual disability benefit rider and future purchase option rider can be added to the
policy. The maximum issue amount is up to $50,000 a month, although higher amounts may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Limits are based on waiting and benefit periods.

DISABILITY BUY-OUT
This policy helps your client buy out the interest of a disabled partner or co-shareholder. The maximum issue amount is $2 million, depending on the case facts and the funding
method. There are three funding methods; Lump Sum, Monthly Payout and Downpayment.This policy provides disability buy-out insurance only.
It does not provide basic hospital, basic medical or major medical insurance as defined by the New York State Insurance Department. The expected benefit ratio for this policy
is 60%. This ratio is the portion of future premiums that the company expects to return as benefits, when averaged over all people with this policy. |
BUSINESS REDUCING TERM
A specialty policy designed to protect business owners with outstanding loan payments. Guardian will pay up to 100% to a max of $22,500 of the scheduled monthly loan payments
during a disability. Issue limits are based on the length of term. Policy form AH55-A provided by The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America,
