Jonathan F. Cohen is a Financial Representative working out of the New York City office of Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG), specializing in Retirement Planning and Wealth Preservation. Jon attended Ohio State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics In 1999. Jon began his professional career in 2001 as President and Owner of his own equity trading business in Great Neck, researching stock plays and merger activity within the New York and NASDAQ stock markets. Always enterprising, in 2006 Jon became a franchise partner/owner of eight “Got Junk” franchises in Queens and South Nassau County where he employed thirteen people, and in 2007 he was awarded a top start-up franchise. He is also a licensed realtor and a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors (LIBOR). Jon now brings his love for business and knowledge of the Stock Market to the financial services industry as an associate of FHFG. Jon’s unique abilities, now partnered with the diverse knowledge of FHFG enable him to provide the highest quality products and services to his clients.

Jon is a fitness enthusiast and is in the gym at least four times a week. He loves to ski and tries to visit Vancouver once a year. Jon also loves the Hamptons where his parents have lived for fifteen years. He still loves following the stock market, and always enjoys a good red wine.

Jon and his wife Natalie reside in Bayside, NY.
