Director of Operations
Diane Neustadt has been with Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG) for over thirty years and has seen the firm grow, flourish and prosper. Her diverse background in operations, administration and employee relations brings unique value to the associates and staff in all three offices of FHFG. Diane takes pride in being a people person, and assists with each office’s daily operations, whether it's helping an associate with a marketing project, a staff member with an administrative task, or planning the next agency function. Diane describes her role at FHFG as doing whatever needs to be done to get a job done while trying to make it easier and more efficient in the process.
While studying Sociology at Queens College in Flushing, NY, Diane worked part time for a major retail chain where she gained experience both on the selling floor and in the Administrative offices. After working in Human Resources and Personnel Diane found her niche to be in operations and administration. She began her professional career as the Budget Supervisor/Cashier Supervisor and although she loved dealing with the employees, after several years decided to leave the retail industry where the hours were very demanding. When she began her career at FHFG, their only office was in Elmhurst, NY. Diane takes pride in being instrumental in the development of the firm's culture and vision, now with three thriving offices in NYC, Forest Hills and Melville. A health and fitness enthusiast, Diane helped launch the wellness initiative at FHFG to help promote health and wellness throughout the firm. She also helps plan and organize various company functions and philanthropic activities throughout the year.
On a personal note, Diane participated in the 39 mile Avon Walk for Breast Cancer for nine years and still advocates for the cause. She enjoys cooking, gardening, attending concerts and sporting events, and loves being a mom. Diane resides in Plainview, New York with her two sons Russell and David.
