Susan Connors, Director of Pension Administration at Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG), works out of the Melville office and has been with the firm for over sixteen years. Susan provides extensive knowledge, experience and guidance in all facets of retirement planning, ranging from initial design concepts to plan administration and to termination. She employs a personalized and professional approach, working in unison with sales associates to analyze each client’s individual financial situation and professional concerns so they can collaboratively develop a strategic framework to address them. They strive to ensure that their client’s retirement needs are met while also ensuring that the qualified plans comply with governing regulations.

During her college years, Susan studied business and accounting, and began her professional career working as a Retirement Plan Analyst at International Paper Company. She then took a position as the Retirement Plan Administrator at Erisco, a division of Dun and Bradstreet, for eight years until she heard there was a position available at FHFG as Manager of the Pension Department. An outstanding communicator, Susan had always viewed her strengths as numbers and people so the position within the financial services industry seemed like a good fit. It has not only been a good fit for Susan and the associates at FHFG, but also for the individuals and businesses that they serve.

An outdoor enthusiast, in her spare time Susan enjoys gardening, playing tennis and golf. She resides in East Meadow, NY with her husband Tom, son Ryan and their two dogs.
