Amy Llinas is a Financial Representative with Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG), whose journey has always been centered around helping others reach their full potential. For more than twenty years, Amy pushed the limits of performance—mentally, physically, and professionally—in the health and fitness industry. Today, she brings that same discipline, determination, and commitment to excellence to her work in financial services.

A three-time World Champion in bodybuilding, former gym owner, and coach to athletes ranging from first-time competitors to World Champions and Ironman finishers, Amy built a successful career in health and fitness. After experiencing the loss of her father, a difficult, life-changing event she navigated without the help or guidance she needed, Amy felt compelled to change course. That experience gave her a new sense of purpose: to educate, prepare, and guide others through the difficult and challenging moments that life can bring. Amy began her career in financial services with Northwestern Mutual before joining FHFG, where she found a team that shares her commitment to growth, integrity, and making a meaningful impact. As a strong listener with a keen eye for detail, Amy takes the time to truly understand what matters most to each person she serves. She collaborates closely with individuals, families, and business owners to develop thoughtful strategies focused on protection, growth, and long-term financial confidence. As a single mom, setting an example through resilience, work ethic and forward thinking is something she strives for every day.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys bodybuilding, health, and fitness, traveling, and discovering new places. Originally from South Carolina, Amy now resides in Huntington, New York, with her daughter, Bella.
