Erin O'Donnell, MBA

Erin O’Donnell is a Financial Representative with Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG) whose mission is to approach every client relationship with authenticity and adaptability—building trust while helping clients understand their options clearly. Erin partners closely with her clients to design strategies that protect what they’ve built while creating opportunities for future growth. Many of the people she works with—including women, widows, business owners, and young families—value her emphasis on education and straightforward guidance. Her goal is the same for everyone: meet people where they are and grow with them as their lives evolve.

Erin earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Accounting and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland. Always enterprising, she intentionally gained diverse experience across financial services, insurance, accounting, and sales analysis during her college years. She also played defense on the Division I lacrosse team. Early on, Erin recognized a significant gap between what students are taught in school and what’s needed for real-world financial confidence. That insight fueled her professional start with Equitable Advisors, where she focused on bridging that gap through financial education. After losing her father at age 19, Erin developed a deep appreciation for the importance of proper protection—particularly life insurance—and emphasizes it thoughtfully with every client. Now with FHFG, she is supported by a team that shares her commitment to integrity, collaboration, and putting clients first.
Erin’s strong sense of community keeps her actively involved as a Facilitator with Good Grief, a New Jersey non-profit supporting children and families coping with the loss of an immediate family member, and as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. Outside of work, Erin enjoys practicing yoga and is currently working toward becoming a registered yoga teacher. She also loves exploring all that New York and New Jersey have to offer and spending quality time with friends and family. Staying active is important to Erin, so she makes time for the gym and outdoor activities whenever she can.
Erin was born, raised, and currently resides in Livingston, NJ.
