Fletcher S. Bolda, MBA

Fletcher Bolda is a Financial Representative with Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG), focused on bringing clarity and perspective to his clients’ financial lives through comprehensive financial guidance. Fletcher and his team work primarily with healthcare sales professionals and business owners, helping them navigate the decisions that come with growing income, complex compensation, and evolving goals. Fletcher is known for listening closely, asking the right questions, and delivering thoughtful, well-coordinated strategies that align with what matters most to each client. His work centers on balancing growth with risk, particularly around variable compensation, equity plans, and coordinating decisions across taxes and long-term planning. He believes strong planning isn’t about reacting in the moment but making intentional decisions ahead of time.

Fletcher earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Arcadia University and his Master of Business Administration (MBA), with a concentration in Finance, from Iona University. A former Division I athlete, he competed in collegiate ice hockey and golf at Arcadia and golf at Iona, serving as team captain in both programs. His athletic background shaped his approach today—focused on preparation, consistency, and showing up with purpose.

He stays actively involved with Finseca, the Iona and Arcadia alumni communities, and serves as a Performance and Wellness Team Member with the United States Golf Association. He also supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and plans to become involved in youth hockey coaching in the future. 

Originally from Northern Michigan, Fletcher now resides in Fairfield, Connecticut. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, staying active, following Detroit sports, and continuing to invest in his own personal and professional growth.
