Michael Di Marco

Michael Di Marco is a Financial Representative with Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG) bringing more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership, operations, and consulting to the firm. Throughout his career, he has been recognized as a results-driven professional with a unique ability to analyze complex situations and provide personalized, evidence-based guidance that leads to meaningful outcomes. At FHFG, Michael’s mission is to bridge the gap between confusing financial strategies and everyday client realities. He strives to demystify finance by translating technical jargon into clear, actionable insights—empowering individuals, families, and business owners to make informed, proactive decisions rather than reactive ones.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance from Long Island University, Brookville Campus. He spent over two decades in operations and consulting roles, most recently serving as Senior Consultant at MDMJ Consulting. His experience also includes twenty-four years as Director of Operations, where he oversaw multi-department operations, budgeting, and large-scale project management. With a foundation in finance and underwriting, Michael brings a well-rounded perspective to financial services, understanding the importance of balancing long-term goals with present needs. Now at FHFG, he is committed to upholding high standards of integrity and competence, while continuing to grow under the mentorship of senior colleagues.

A strong believer in giving back, Michael has been deeply involved in his community, serving as a Board Member for the Mount Sinai School District and spending nine years with North Shore Little League as Treasurer and Fundraising Manager. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, pickleball, badminton, and classic films. Born in Farmingville, NY, Michael resides in Mount Sinai with his wife, Lori. They have two sons, Damian and Justin.
