Sandy Baez joins Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG) as Executive Assistant to one of the firm's partners, Amy Salo, as well as a Wealth New Business Advocate for the team. A results-driven financial services professional with more than 20 years of industry experience, Sandy specializes in relationship management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. She brings extensive expertise in licensing, contract management, account onboarding, and comprehensive client support. Known for her proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and collaborative spirit, Sandy is committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Sandy earned her Associate of Arts degree from Hostos Community College and began her career with Northwestern Mutual as a Contract and Licensing Coordinator. She went on to build an accomplished career within the Northwestern Mutual network in New York City, becoming a trusted resource for contracts, licensing, registration, and compliance. For more than two decades, Sandy not only managed these critical functions but also developed efficient systems and processes that ensured accuracy, streamlined operations, and kept business moving forward. Much of Sandy's work, which she loves, has taken place behind the scenes, yet it has been instrumental to the success of the advisors and teams she has supported.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Sandy has built strong relationships across New York City's diverse professional community. She now brings her wealth of experience, operational expertise, and unwavering commitment to excellence to Forest Hills Financial Group, where she looks forward to supporting the firm's continued growth and meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Sandy enjoys cooking, staying active, and challenging herself through distance running. A three-time finisher of the New York City Marathon, she brings the same discipline, determination, and perseverance to her professional life that have fueled her athletic accomplishments. Born in the Dominican Republic, Sandy now resides on Roosevelt Island, New York, and is the proud mother of one son.
