Travis Hayon

Travis Hayon is a Financial Advisor with Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG) who specializes in serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, equity-compensated professionals, healthcare providers, and other white-collar professionals seeking to make more strategic financial decisions. He is committed to building long-term relationships and delivering tailored strategies across wealth management, risk protection, tax efficiency, and retirement planning. Travis believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach. He takes the time to understand what matters most to each client, developing customized strategies that align with both their current priorities and long-term goals.

A 2023 graduate of Long Island University (LIU) in Brookville, NY, Travis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. During his time at LIU, he was a member of the Division I Men’s Lacrosse team from 2019 to 2023. As a student athlete, he developed strong leadership skills, discipline, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively toward shared objectives — qualities that continue to shape his professional approach today. Travis gained industry experience through an internship with Cornerstone Insurance Services, where he discovered his passion for helping people navigate their financial landscape. He began his professional career with the Neefus-Stype Agency, a property and casualty insurance firm, before joining FHFG, where he now delivers comprehensive, holistic planning designed to help clients pursue financial independence with confidence. 

Travis’s keen sense of industry keeps him actively engaged as an Associate Member of the Long Island Builders Institute (LIBI) and a Northwell Discounted Vendor for all Northwell employees. With philanthropy as a core concept, Travis has donated his time and helped fundraise for the Michael Magro Foundation, cancer awareness, supporting our veterans and Toys for Tots during the holiday season. 

A sports enthusiast, Travis continues to compete in men’s lacrosse tournaments and enjoys watching sports and working out. He also enjoys reading and cooking. Travis was born, raised and currently resides in Riverhead, NY.
